Have a grumpy neighbour who is kindof unfriendly to everyone in the neighbourhood. They use their car a lot, so are constantly driving in/out of their home. Because they are so grumpy, I have made a point to wave at them every time they go past and I'm gardening in the front yard. Always when I wave I get glared at back.

But today i got a wave back from them for the first time, so that was nice.
