Just a quick question, when you see a guy who catches your eye, what order do you check him out in?

    - Eyes
    -Smile
    -Hair
    -Bum
    -Bulge
    -Height
    -Chest
    -Anything else?!

Is there a difference between what women and gay men look at first - my guess is there is, but we shall see!

    Chris:tongue:

First there's the recognition that there is actually a hottie... then for me this order...

People he's with... a person's friends can tell you alot about them
Existence of a wedding ring... it's just a waste of time if he's taken
    Height
    Hair
    Eyes
    Smile
    Clothes
    Posture
    Chest
    Bulge
    Bum

Assuming we have not met or started talking first...

    1) Eyes/Face/Hair/Lips
    2) Bulge
    3) Ass
    4) Legs
    5) Head north again for the chest
    6) Don't care alot about height, but slight preference for shorter than me

If we are talking, the attention is 95 percent on the face area. Is he funny, intelligent and good at conversation? Is there interest back? Does he talk like Mickey Mouse? A deep voice is a very nice feature. ;)

The easiest way to check a guy out is to ring the items up quickly, and be prompt with the change. Worked for me very well when I worked at a grocery store. I liked checking out melons the best though.

In this order (more or less ):

    1- Height & waist-size
2- Eyes (includes checking for signs of intelligence and/or life which are often communicated this way)
3- Animation (liveliness, posture and rhythm)
4- Clothes (because the way he's chosen to present himself to the world will speak volumes about his tastes, preferences, and outlook)
    5- Hair (head and chest)
    6- Smile (and teeth)
7- Bulge (because my mind will have wandered once I get this far down the list)
8- Chest & arm definition (as #7, my mind has definitely wandered by now)
9- *bum doesn't even feature on my list tbh*

(this is for women. it will probably be stated again, somewhere)

When I look at a girl, all I need to see is her personality. Everything else can be changed if completely neccisary. I dislike obesity, but average to thin is good. As long as she has hair on her head (unless styled as such) and a spark in her eye and in her mind, I don't really care.

Depends on what's happening. Usually, if I'm meeting someone:
    1. Eyes
    2. Face
    3. Personality
(and then if they spark my curiousity)
    4. Waist size
    5. Hand size (while I know they're no indicator of cock size, big hands are nice)
    6. Bulge
    7. Abs

    However if I'm just cruising,
    1. Bulge
    2. Bulge
    3. Re-check Bulge
    4. Eyes
    5. Face
    6. Waist size

    different, but still fun

From the women's side, I toss in my check list: bulge - body - face. Don't want a bodybuilder, but if he's buff and strong, and has a promising bulge (I know how to distinguish props from actual dicks under them), he's my man. In the face region I'm very tolerant. There's a limit, but it's not hard to stay within its boundaries.

If I'm just checking out someone who's caught my attention, it's usually because they are tall and skinny, so I'd say overall physique first. Then it's top-to-bottom, eyes, face, chest (like 'em thin and flat), bulge, legs. I'll be waiting for them to turn around to see their butt, but won't force the issue.

I think I first look at the way a person carries themself along with eyes/smile/teeth/skin. Nice lips turn me on. After that my eye travels downward. If someone has an exceptional bod or some other amazing feature, I'll probably notice that first. On you Oz, it would definitely be your killer smile and laughing eyes. On a woman it's usually what they're wearing followed by their tits.

Since I am in a commited relationship, does this mean I can not check guys out ? ...I think not.
When I look at a guy, my first thing would be his overall appearance. He would need to look good from the very first glance. Then my list would be as follows.
    Face
    hair
    chest
    bulge
    walk
    butt
But not always in the order....Sometimes it depends on the location. Some places require less clothes.

Every straight male should have at least a couple gay male friends, and I'll tell you one reason why. Now, this might only be my experience, but it seems to me as if a larger percentage of the gay population can see past a person's general appearence to see if they could ever be attractive. Something along the lines of "if that guy shaved, got a haircut, and showed his body a little bit more, he'd be quite good looking".....does that makes sense? Women seem to take the face value a little bit more, in my opinion. Getting different viewpoints never hurt anyone, right?

Not trying to generalize, but it's just been my experience.

    Alex8>me.

Point taken, I could see how what I typed before could be taken as a negative thing. Sorry folks.
