Okay, so a newbie with jelquing. Been about 5 weeks. Did the newbie routine for about 3+ weeks. Since then I've increase the reps to about 200 a day...3 on 1 off. Really haven't seen any changes yet. I'm not so concerned with that right now, but I do have a question... Having lifted in my younger days, I know what I felt like after a workout. I really don't get much of a feeling after jelquing that something is being "worked out" so to speak. Perhaps I'm not doing something exactly correct. I have tried a couple of various techniques for hand position and have read most of the posts. Just curious about what I should be feeling. Here's my routine:
-5-8 minute warmup with hot wraps or sometimes in the shower
-Stretching for about 10 minutes (I've read of a number of techniques. Not sure if I should just stick with one or not)
-200 jelqs - Not sure "exactly" how long it takes total but they are wet jelqs of at least 2-3 seconds
-Massage, warm down - about 5-8 minutes
Any suggestions on what I should be "feeling" at this point? Tired? Stretched? Sore, but not too sore?
