I’m curious to see what you guys are taking (and why you’re taking it).

And let’s please not turn this into a scientific debate on what works & what doesn’t… hopefully people will due their due diligence and use what they feel works for them.

I’ll go first… it’s pretty simple.
Multi vitamin
ZMA
L-arginine
Melatonin

Not counting a multi-vitamin and a protein powder which has been a daily standard for many years, other supplements I tend to rotate off and on depending on what I'm trying to accomplish and how well I think they work. Some become fairly permanent like fish oil, others only once in awhile like arginine or beta-alanine as a pre-workout, while a few I find little to no benefit with and haven't taken again such as ginseng or lutein.

So currently, besides the aforementioned multi-vitamin and whey protein, I take daily:

B-complex for extra supplementation and energy.
Fish oil for joint & heart health.
Celery Seed extract for blood pressure and increasing semen.
Lecithin for cholesterol and also secondarily, for more cum loads.
Cinnamon extract for sugar and appetite control.
Occasionally zinc supplement for immunity and secondarily for testosterone/semen benefits.
Finally, I've recently started back up on creatine as a post-workout.

This doesn't count some of the different herbals I intermittently take for sleep issues such as melatonin or valerian to name just a few.

Currently only whey protein powder. But I'm also eating fresh garden vegetables. Because i have a big garden and I know that it's all fresh and healthy, and I'm trying to lose weight.

That’s awesome. Good healthy food is the way to go.

Currently:
*Potassium---because 40+ years ago while taking salt tablets and working outdoors during the summer, I had a fainting spell due to low Potassium. I'm on a diuretic now for BP and it could have the same effect on Potassium.
* CoQ10--- for heart health
* Multi vitamin --- but I'm careful to get one with low or zero vitamin K because I had an idiopathic clotting event 14 years ago and will be on a blood thinner forever (Currently Xarelto)
* Aswaganda--an adaptogen similar to ginseng
* Pre-workout BCAA
* Pre-workout L-Cittruline---because it's a precursor to L-Arginine and I like the way it boosts energy like Arginine but has less bloating effect.
* Celery seed --male stamina
* Tongat Ali--stamina

Whey protein (dont truly consider it a supplement, its really just another food of food, but, eh makes things easier)
D-3
B-complex
Magnesium Citrate
Berberine
Sunflower Lecithin (health benefits but also great for bigger loads, lol)
Dandelion root/Milk Thistle

Testosterone (again not a supp per se but it is a lot cheaper then when I used to buy tons of herbs and "Mega test-boosters!". Plus it actually works.)

love the screen name, lol

Being over 40, I’ve thought about test.. But I’m probably still a few years out. Trying to hold off until I really “need” it.

Supplements tend to change with age (and science). The ones I took in my 20's -40's are not what I take today in my 60's. Been eating a fully plant based diet for the past few months now (was plant based with fish and cheese till then). So this list will shrink as my greens replace much of it. I get it all in my food now.

Magnesium
Selenium
B Complex (250mg b12)
CoQ10
Omega3
L-Lycine
D

Right now I'm taking:
L-Arginine
Vitamin D3
Fish Oil
Zinc
Taurine
Pygeum
Caffeine (A pill lol)
Maca
Fiber
& Creatine (after workouts)

I think the only thing I've really noticed a difference from is the L-Arginine. I used to have chest pain every so often if I did too much stimulants (caffeine, pre-workout, Adderall, etc.) and since taking it that's completely gone away :)
