LONG TIMERS AREN'T LIARS.
Calm down guys. Some like to make love fast, some slow, and the longer the better. I'm of the latter group. Average for me is about two hours; my record is probably the 11-hour all-nighter (12 hours with a one hour meal break in the middle.) I was 44 at the time.
Let me de-mystify this a little.
First of all, not all fucking is rabbit-strokes - bangbangbang, as fast as possible. I don't think anyone can keep that up more than a few minutes.
But the long-timers don't move that much. That way it's easier to savor the delicious feelings coming from the parts that are coupled. When both parties are close to cumming but don't want to yet, they just freeze in one position. They are so super-excited that with no movement at all, they're in total nirvana. (That's good.)
When rabbit strokes are used, the constant friction de-sensitizes the nerve endings in the coupled parts. So with the really sensitive feelings fading away, the tendency is to pump even faster to get some feeling back. Doesn't work.
When long-timers move, it's usually slower and more deliberate - more targeted. The bodies still must be strong in order to hold given positions a long time, but the cardio vascular exercise is more from holding positions, and from the intense sexual excitement, than from a lot of movement.
Lube should never be an issue. Most women that I have known flow plenty of lube for hours on end. If your lady tends to run dry, just have some lube by the bed. Want some that isn't expensive? When I was a newlywed, we used Wesson oil! Works like a charm and cleans up with water. (Or she can lick it off!)
Porno has done a terrible disservice to young people learning to fuck with the constant rabbit strokes. But it can't be any other way. When real-life long-timers are getting it on, usually there is not much external movement. That would be boring to watch, so porn has to do the rabbit-strokes thing
just to have some action to show.
So relax, guys; no one here is lying. I've done everything described here. It's real and it works. If you want to go longer, just slow down and learn to build intensity with small movements for the most part.
I don't mean that pounding is out. It has a starring role for larger cocks. But even in a good pounding, there is usually a pause after the in-stroke, holding it at max depth for a few seconds for both to savor the thrill. In fact, most ladies say they like it better when the hard, pounding strokes are mixed up and varied, so she never knows exactly what to expect next, or exactly when. But the 'hard pounding' is more a matter of forceful strokes rather than fast ones.
