What time do you eat dinner?

I try to eat supper before eight pm. But very often, due to social commitments it happens after nine.

In my country lunch is the main meal. We usually have thingsDinner you guys, in The States have for dinner. Unless you have guests, dinner is quite a boring, breakfastlike meal. We usually hve it around 7 PM.

In certain parts of Southern United States lunch was once called dinner and supper was the mainmeal of the day.

In New York, I have Dinner when ever I get home so 8 to 9PM

As a kid, we sat down for dinner around 5:30 - 6:00. As a bachelor, I make dinner when I get home from work. Depending on how involved the dinner is, I eat anywhere between 7:00 and 9:00 during the week. On the weekends, it depends on what I'm doing. I have no set schedule.

I think growing up we ate late around 7 or 8PM. Now I don't have a set time but I think 6PM would be it if I did.

Usually 6 at home, 8 or 9 if eating out.

I used to board with a family that included me in their meal times...
They were militant about the dinner meal 6 P.M sharp!!!! No if's and's or but's.....
Whew!!! It was always so stressful keeping to a regimented eating schedule...
Thankfully, i now eat whenever i get home..... unfortunately, there is no semblance of structure to that whatsoever and i kinda miss the militant motherfuckers
So to answer, dinner is anytime between 7 P.M and 3 A.M..... sad and hungry do not a happy CT make!

Within an hour of 6 pm. I grew up with "dinner" and "supper" being used interchangeably for the evening meal, except that "Sunday dinner" was early afternoon after church, 1-2 pm.
