Stressed out

I do not even feel like eating. all I had was a English muffin today.
it's so hard to relax here as there is too much noise I all ready tried going library but it's still very noisy there.

If you have an MP3 player put in some headphones and listen to some relaxing music. If you can't find a quiet spot go and sit in a bathroom stall for 10 or 15 minutes and calm yourself.
