Unfortunately I got thrown off my PE routine last year and have been completely absence from the PE since Aug. It appears to me that I’ve lost around .25” from my length, my girth is the same as before I never worked on girth with my PE routines only focused length.

how quickly would you expect for those gains to return now that I’m back on track with my ads

I don't really have any hard empirical data to draw from, just personal anecdotes, but in my experience PE can be difficult to get back into after a considerable break. I think that the initial gains are easy to get back, but *new* gains beyond the initial can be elusive. The longer the break, the more you’ve cemented where you’re at. That’s not to say new gains are impossible, just that they take considerably more work (i.e. daily input and dedication). And the absolute worst thing you can do is stop, start, stop, and start, etc. Because in essence you’re improving your ligaments strength, not elasticity. So if you’re getting back into, my advice is: stay the course! Go hard, harder than ever, and keep at it. Don’t let up until you hit your goals (and maybe them some).

Honestly give it a couple of months and I think you will be back on track with your current size. I recently measured my cock to see how much I've lost over the last year and a half of not measuring and I was impressed and shocked to see that I have actually grown a bit just by continually using the bathmate in the shower for 15 minutes a day. Obviously we have different goals, whereas I am jus maintaining and enjoying pumping because it's fun.

I'm coming to the end of a two-month break and haven't lost much. I look forward to getting back into it next week!
