What do you wear underneath a wetsuit?

I think its supposed to be nothing, but a swim jock may work.

I prefer to wear a swim cup or something similar. I'm into a low key but sexy look in trunks, etc. and even though when hard I'm nice and thick, in cold water my boy will retract, looking small. I have a swim cup, but the design of it will not allow the anatomically correct features of it to be presented correctly. Some new swimsuits have a built in small (but so hot) molded pouch that is not a cock image or anything, but so attractive. To each his own but it's all about looking good (and hung) in a swimsuit.
