I would agree that many people associate some of the traits listed with big cocks. Like most stereotypes there are grains of truth but like most stereotypes there are errors of logic and some false assumptions.
I know of no one with a is cock who is witty because of their big cock. If anything the opposite would be likely to be true - wit is a social defense that develops as a gentle weapon of deflection against perceived hostiles. I'm betting your great wits are short dicked.
America - well Washington was said to be large but limp when it came to bedding his wife. But to carry it further, America is a nation of refugees, cast offs and throw always from other countries - the polite word is immigrants. If big dicks are all that, I'm sure only the little cocks were expelled on the theory they were less desirable.
Fertility - I'll give you that one - although working nuts of any size are more important.
Physical prowess - I'll go 50 - 50 on that one. I know quite a few athletes who were / are below average in the cock department. Still - your argument can be made.
Height - not conclusive. I've seen too many tall guys with a short guy stuck in the middle. This site has any number of posts of people reporting surprise that a tall guy wasn't proportional where he was expected to be.
Muscles - again split decision - a lot of body builders lift to build up the only things that can be built up. But, I've had some big body builders.
Masculinity - relies on physical traits as the standard for manhood. Manhood is action not a cock. My mother was more of a man than most men I knew growing up. Trust me, she was also all woman.
Sexual-ness? Not sure how to interpret that one. I know a lot of guys who are sexy hot who lack a big cock. We've all heard stories of big guys who don't know how to use a big cock.

Intelligence. I've never learned anything by having a big cock. No college professor ever said to me, you're between an A and a B but I gave you the A because your cock means you are intelligent. Knowledge is gained with the big head on the shoulders, not the lesser one in the underwear.
Success starts with drive and desire and a willingness to work hard towards a goal. Often times a small guy out performs the bigger one to prove himself. The bigger guy would be more likely to sit back and say, hey, I've got it made 'cause I'm big, why bother?.
Granted when you feel shorted in the cock department it is easy to say "if I only had the big cock I'd have everything."
