2 and happy with what I have, I am a 3 when hard.

Mine varies between a 2 and 3. At this moment, the foreskin extends very slightly, about 5mm, beyond the end of the glans but is not closed so you can still see the meatus. Other times it may not quite reach the end. I am quite happy with it as it is.
