So I have this rash. It seems to have come from me cumming and wiping it either inside my jeans (left side) or on my boxers (again, left side).

What rash is caused by that (moisture)?
Is Sudocrem the best cream?
Anything better suited to solving the conditon?

I'm a bit worried because although the rash is mainly confined to my inner left thigh, I have it less intense on the left/underside of my penis where it has been in contact with my thigh. I'm wondering will that heal up?

I've been applying a lot of sudocrem twice a day, sometimes thrice. The rash has gone pinkish now. It seems to flare back up if I apply Sudocrem, should I just leave it for tonight?

Anyone ever had a similar rash? Just lookin for advice.

Peace and love.

Sounds like heat rash, and it won't heal if there is moisture there.

I would suggest just getting as much air as possible to the area. Sudocream is ok, but you could be allergic to it.

rashes are virtually impossible to diagnose without being able to see and touch them.....by history it could be a few things

I wish I could tell you what this might be, but since it seems to be spreading and not getting any better, you should see your doctor right away.

It could be a manifestation of an STD, or else some other skin condition, but it certainly seems like you need professional medical attention that does not come from LPSG.

Good luck!

Okay thanks people...Also recently when I get out of the shower I have a red (heat?) rash all over my shoulders.

If its not gone by Monday I'll see a doctor. Sudocrem doesn't seem to be helping though and there's a tingling/irritation every time I apply it.

Hmm.

At least my girlfriend/friend has said no sex tomorrow so I should be okay. I told her I'm diseased anyway

Oh and apparently I have no allergies but I'm not 100% sure.

If it's a rash caused by moisture, then it's damn near the same as diaper rash. lol. So I would use either a diaper rash cream (I know it's weird, but it works), or some baby powder/talc powder to keep the area dry and absorb the moisture. I think talking to your doctor is a good idea too, of course.

Sudocreme always gives a bit of a tingle when applied to sore skin anyway and settles down after a few minutes.
