I don't wear underwear. Haven't since junior high. Most men I know with a larger than average genitals (myself included) hate the bunching up and restriction of any underwear regardless of the style or fit. It's bad enough I have to wear pants in public! Why should I restrict my genitals any further by wearing anything more than the minimum that society requires in public? The best looking and sexiest underwear on a guy is none at all.
