What Vitamins are good for penis strength and growth??

Can you guys recommend some vitamins and or supplements that encourage a healthy penis? I know zinc is a key one, but am looking for more suggestions, only natural suggestions please, i.e. no viagra, enzyte, any of that stuff. Thanks!

Zinc, L'Arginine, Lythecin, Vitamin C.

Drink lots of water too. It helps maintain a good load.
Multivitamins are also a must.

Hungschlong is right on the money, although you should look into some of the Nictric Oxide releasers in with the muscle stuff. Seems that Arginine AKG and L-Citrulline combined are awesome Vasodilators! Look for the word NO and those two ingrediants.

I noticed water and vitamin c changed me a lot. Id also suggest the mens health vitamins seeing as how theres a lot of vitamins in one pill so you dont have to pay more for your vitamins.
