I actually discussed this at a dinner party recently...
First course...Pigeonneaux En Croute served with Veuve Clicquot
Second course...Aragosta Alla Carciofi served with Montrachet
Third course... Caaneton A La Presse served with Chambertin
Dessert... Chocolate Pot de Creme topped with a mixed berry Pavlova served with Israeli coffee.
OMG! I have such an unsophisticated palate that I'd be embarrassed to state my preferred last meal. I imagine it would include steak and a good beer.

A steak and a good beer actually sounds pretty good to me right now. I've been on a fairly strict diet for about two months.

And a beefsteak tomato and onion salad with bleu cheese crumbles.
Oh and a dark porter beer.
