I would be very uncomfortable with my partner going out with his ex and getting drunk and then spending the night together! I would draw that line in a second.
For those people who are least trying to have monogamous relationships, that is a normal and totally acceptable reaction.
Either end it or suggest a threesome with his ex, or indeed fuck his ex behind his back or indeed does he have any male family members, hell this is getting too complicated dump his sorry ass.
