Again thank you all for your support. I am not going to do anything right now but ignore the letter. I do not want to get back to the state of mind I was in 7 years ago.

In two weeks we have a celebration for his younger sister's wedding shower. My sisters will be there along with his older brother. Talking with them will hopefully give me some answers, and allow me to look at the situation and give me some peace of mind.

Thanks again.
Sounds like a good plan.

And, good luck, GHB. :)

With only what you've told us, and what we got from the news article, I'd be seriously worried about his intentions.

No remorse, no apology and a history of doing as he pleases. Seems to be he's a prime candidate for getting in touch with the victim's family (who in this case happens to also be his family, making it a whole lot easier) just to further the pain he's caused.

I'm very sorry for your loss, and that 7 years later you are faced with this decision.

Did you wear one of these. The trees can send off some toxic sap at times.

Actually I was totally not dressed for cutting up a tree, shorts, a sleeveless t-shirt, and tenis shoes. The boss just thought I should try again to see if I could do it without getting a mental picture of what my sister's room would have looked like when my nephew got done with her.
