You seem to be in good shape, athletic, and if I can guess, fairly young. Am I right?
If you're having an issue with erections in your condition and age, then there may be an underlying root cause.
Quality nutrition, quality sleep, daily stress, as examples, all have an effect on our erections.
Not to sound like an alarmist, but if you're not getting good strong erections at your age and shape, then you should probably get things checked out.
Perhaps you're getting good erections already, but the internet gives us a skewed perception of how guys are expected to perform. Don't compare yourself to videos, if that's what you're doing.
These are things I would tell my son if he said the same thing to me, so I hope you know that my comments come with care and concern.
