The formula is something like this: (I am sure someone would want to make a matrix if they have time)

6in+ with normal girth: Big - Huge
7in+ with above average girth: Huge - WTF?!?!

There is a point where just because it's long won't make it gigantic without the girth wo go with it.

There is a counterpoint where if you have the girth but not enough length it makes you look a little smaller because of the reduced perception of length.

For me..I guess-
6-6.5" Length with avg. girth (4.7<5") = above average
6.5-7.5" with a girth (5.5-6.25")= Big of course the shorter would need the larger girth in the range, I.E 6.5x 6" or 7x 5.5"
7.5"-8.5" with a girth (6.25-6.5")= very big
8.5"+ with a girth (6.5+) = Huge
