And the anwser to the OP's question...I buy the best food possible. Always the best meat and eggs (free range/organic), and the best fruit and vegetables (organic). I (and my family) avoid all food which is packed full of chemicals such as flavourings and preservatives. Ready meals, instant noodles and all such food is a big no-no!
well, like i said, i dont eat that much, but when i do, i eat alot so i make massive meals. ive been so busy for the past few weeks ive been eating shitty fastfood. how my skin hasnt broken out i dont know
