quick dry work-out T, shorts, gym shoes and socks, condoms and leather wrist straps and nipple clamps.
Wow I've never heard of that before. Would not help me though because I have an OCD aversion to wearing anyone's clothing (and shoes) except my own.My gym provides its members clean workout clothes daily -- shorts, t-shirts, socks and jockstraps.
I'm surprised how many people wear weight belts.
Even though I have an hourglass figure I have yet to find a belt that fits comfortably around my waist without getting snagged under the bottom edge of my rib cage.
I do my squats in the power rack without one.
I wish I didn't have to
I had back surgery about 15 yrs ago, and even though my back is probably my strongest area lifting and weight wise, it can go out so easily, that I use my belt more for the feeling of being aligned, than actual lifting support.![]()
