i mean.. Hi. i've been a member of this forum for a while but i haven't really posted anything until today.. i would like to ask what is the most efficient method to enlarge my penis? witch method gives permanent results? are the results even permanent? i mean.. i'm like 6 to 6.5 inches long and i would like to gain at least an inch or maybe two.. but it is really difficult to find anything good that could help me..

I believe that pumping, over the long term, is the only method (short of surgery of some sort) that can produce permanent results. It makes sense to me that, like building bigger muscles, that the 3-dimensional stretching done by pumping, creates tears in the tissue fibers, that the body repairs by adding new tissue, just as with muscles. Over time these accumulate and increase both length and girth. I've been pumping for 30 years, starting at about 5" L x 3.5" C and am now 7.5" L x 6" C ... and that's a permanent gain. Even if I don't pump for weeks (once took a break for over 6 months), that size is permanent. And it's not puffy or squishy ... as it will be for a few hours right after pumping. And, if you follow instructions, it's totally safe. The FDA even has a website with instructions and troubleshooting guide ... a pump and cock ring are FDA approved for ED so doctors can even prescribe it. In fact, this was how I was introduced to it. A friend had a bicycle accident and developed ED from nerve damage in his scrotum - his doctor prescribed the pump and he showed me how it worked and how good it felt. That being said, I'm sure jelqing works too, but doesn't feel as good as pumping. My advice would be to get a pump with a gauge and, as is standard practice, start with low pressures (actually vacuum in pounds per square inch or PSI) say 5 to 10 PSI for 5 or 10 minutes, then do this several times a week, gradually increasing to 15 PSI for 15 to 20 minutes as your comfort level increases. You'll likely need to trim pubes at the base of your cock so the pump cylinder can get a good seal. My approach tends to be analytical ... the mindset of an engineer, I suppose!

Pumping with the Bathmate X40 Hydromax Extreme gives me good gaines. I do this only since okt/nov 2018 frequently, but my flaccid is bigger and my girth is 4mm bigger now. In lenght i dont think ive gained yet.

But i think manual stretching and hanging is better for lenght. But i dont have any experience with it.

I used the hanging device before and I gained an inch over 3 months with progressive overload method. That basically means I increased the weight progressively as my body adjust.

I had to throw out my hanger due to privacy reasons and I lost my gains. It seems the ligaments I stretched healed and went back to normal so I believe you have to continue PE to keep the penis maintenanced.

For girth the bathmate would probably work best ; when you increase girth it indirectly adds more length as well.

So in conclusion for length hanging with weights works for me and for girth the bathmate works as well.

No prob I would hang every other day or I based it on how I felt.
Usually 30 minutes a session with three ten minute sets,

Newbie gains are fast usually yielding half a inch in a month.

I used the “bib hanger” and got my chains to hang the weights from Home Depot. You can have any length of chain cut at home depot for 1 dollar per foot ; I also got my
Chain hook latches from there too to lock the weights in.
