It depends what I'm doing at the gym or outside....
Biking it's just bike shorts.
Running, I like lined running shorts, the bounce is good. Sometimes when I'm out on a trail running by myself I'll pull the liner aside and really flop!
Lifting weights at the gym, usually a jock, sometimes nothing...
Swimming, it depends on if I'm swimming with my masters swim group, then I'll wear a drag suit and a speedo underneath. If I'm going to open swim times at the pool, I'll wear a speedo, sometimes with the liner removed, or an old stretched out speedo...
I love putting on a jock in the locker room, standing there adjusting the straps, and pouch before I put on my shorts.
I also like walking on the pool deck in my speedo, feels like next to nothing in front of everyone, but it's acceptable in that setting.
Love seeing outlines of guys freeballing in their gym shorts! and guys flopping around while running, so keep it up!
