On a girl I prefer shoulder length or a little bit longer, straight or a little wavy. Doesn't matter what color really. I think a cool hair style on some guys is like shoulder length dreadlocks. I was thinking about getting them when I had my hair long but just decided to shave my head instead. I used to have shoulder length hair (the stoner look).

I think it depends on the person's facial shape and hair texture.

I seem to like unruly curly hair on a man, but I like men with straight hair too. Prefer medium length hair, usually...

On women...again, depends on facial shape and hair texture. I don't look as good with long hair as I do with short or medium length hair, for instance. I have both a square face shape, and baby-fine hair texture, and for both of those, hair and style experts even say that long hair is not really suitable. I probably have medium length hair now. It is in the basic style that I had when the one pic in the gallery was taken, the one with me in the polo shirt, but it's a little longer now. I just got the bangs and layers trimmed this last time I had my hair done.

I had long hair, too, from 19 to 22. Cut it short before I moved West. I was a total stoner, but didn't want anyone at work to know. The short hair worked as long as they didn't see my red eyes.

I dig ANY kind of hair on a guy -- short, messy, military, long, dreads, bald, buzzed, 'fro, curls, ringlets, straight, ponytail, whatever -- what is more important is the man's attitude. To catch my eye, a man must have style (any style, just BE that style) and needs to "fill" the space around him. Color? Who cares!

On women, I love all kinds of hair -- wild tangles of curls, long silky locks, cute little pixies, cornrows, etc. Buzzed also looks good. Again, it's all in how they wear it!

P.S... Oops! I take that back... I just thought of a style I would NOT want to see on a man -- two braids like Pippi Longstocking!

That's funny. I have a picture of me when I had long hair and someone gave me a braid on each side and took a picture.

Doesn't it seem kind of stupid that your hair was automatically associated with drug usage?
