I did wonder Deb... I thought WHHHATT? But I quickly forgot because of all the steamy hot things we have been talking about!!

Daily:
  • half-hour to 45 min stretch first thing in the morning
  • 20 min walk
  • Breakfast
  • 2 mi bike ride to fitness club
5 days a week alternating:
  • swim 1,000+ yrds. (20 laps) takes about 20 min.
  • 100 yrds. free, 100 back, 100 breast, 100 side (3 sets)
  • jog 2 to 4 mi.
every other week:
  • very long bike ride and/or very long hike
REST TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS A WEEK

GET AT LEAST 7 hrs. SLEEP EVERY NIGHT

Currently, I live in an area with no access to weights. I do a daily 15 minute ab workout, then 200 pushups and some light resistance weight training with whatever I can find around the house. If the weather's nice, I'll bike somewhere from 50 to 100 km.

When I'm in season, I'll swim a couple miles a day, plus some upper body weight lifting. This is the first summer where I haven't gotten fat, but I'm still losing muscle mass.

I do three day splits

Day 1:

Upper body Routine
Decline bench 4x 10
Side grip Pull ups 4x 8-10
Upper trap row 4x 12
Thick bar bicep curls 4 x 12
Decline Skull Crushers 4x15
Reverse X Cable Pull 4 x 15

I do vary every other week on exercises by changing the decline bench to an incline bench, changing the type of curl and pull up, etc.

Day 2:

Lower Body routine:
Squats 3 x 12
Single leg curl 4x 8-10
Split Squat: 4x 8-10
Lower Back curl 4x 10
Hanging leg raise 4x 10
Calf raise 4x 10

Day 3:
Run
Abs

Day off

Repeat.

Typically eat 6-7 small meals a day (big meal when I wake up)
200-300g protein in my meals total
low carb
rich in essential fatty acids

Six days a week at 6am we run 3 kilometers to the beach, swim 1 kilometer and run back home. Then it's off to work. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, we go to the gym and work out with weights after work. For me having a workout buddy is a big advantage because you can't jam out.

I eat mostly carbs in the morning and protein late in the day. I don't eat anything after 8pm.

I am 6 feet 185 lbs and my body fat is about 8 or 9 percent normally. I got a little fat this winter and am working back down.

I'm using my ab lounger, going biking... and having more sex for exercise ;) Oh yeah and I guess you could say that being poor & therefore eating less has helped me drop about 10lbs :)
