When do you put a man on ignore?

Today I had to block two people not because I felt like I lost an argument but because it's so tempting to continue to Banter back and forth especially when one side is incredibly ignorant. I've been in trouble enough here around lpsg I don't need any more trouble or another ban for stupid s***. There is no man on this website worth going down on the ship for.

Ladies, share with us your personal limit. I rarely ignore but it's becoming my only option. Fearing a ban at any moment silences people like me. Another thing a man doesn't have to worry about at lpsg

Pretty much anybody who can spew hatred and a fuck ton of hypocrisy with seeming impunity. It isn't worth interacting with them and risking getting myself banned. I ignore the men who are repeat offenders of embedding porn or images of themselves in threads where it isn't at all relevant too.

My ignore list is empty.

There have been few times I'll put someone on for a period of time but I never end up actually ignoring them.

I prefer to call out the bullshit when I see it. I myself haven't been banned for being confrontational, so maybe my pov is slightly different for that reason. If I see someone being a bully, sometimes even if I don't feel like confronting them will do anything, at least I can see reportable offenses. When I just ignore them, I can't report violations and get the person banned.

that's a funny thread for sure. men get banned for sure , sometimes for calling out other people. this is a certain way for someone to get banned. turning the spotlight to something is something that none should do here. it is considered an " attack " to expose someone. also posted fulled with Bias are tottaly acceptable in here. LPSG is a weird community to be a part of. that much is certain.

I used to not ignore at all. Wasn't that bothered and would just ignore what I disliked/didn't agree with.

Now, I find that I have evolved in my time on this site into a person that can sometimes get worked up over certain posts by certain men and I know, i just *know*, if I click on some thread they've made or have responded in that in a certain mood (especially if I am home and have been drinking), I will just see red. Absolute red. Then I find myself responding emotionally....thereby essentially feeding the trolls.

And this usually never goes well. I'd rather freeze out the Jerky McJerkfaces because if they are shouting into the void, then they'll (hopefully) go away.

So now I put on ignore MRA/redpill types, women are at fault for rape types, mansplaining types, misogynists, #45 supporters, a few other types I can't call to mind at this time.

And I also put on ignore the guy from chat who made me cry because he said awful derogatory things about my mom

The longest Thread about a banned member was about me I think it was about 136 pages long full of bitching about how ridiculously hypocritical the website is to kick out a popular and good-looking woman who contributes to the website and look over The Men Who purposely ruffle feathers just so they can run away and scream like little girls.

Yeah, for the people who cry about me being favored with favoritism by the moderating team... I've had folks that belong to the owner/administration/moderation team "suggest" that I could leave. I'm not a favorite for shit. That disrupts some people's delusions and self-pitying martyr act, so they won't believe that shit. Yet in spite of parts of the moderating team very clearly not liking me, I'm not someone whose behavior has actually ever resulted in any official warnings much less a ban.

Yes because I was speaking in a no more opinionated fashion than the man was in the argument I would be the one slapped on the wrist and even twice being permanently banned from the website I politely asked to come back each time that I came back because I contribute so many post I think I was close to about 20,000 posts on that old account so being here since 2007 I've experienced a lot of b******* here on lpsg. The ban Hammer was put down on a couple dozen women at one time and this site went downhill like a sinking ship. I'd learned here and think man that's not even the site it used to be it's no fun without the women there anymore and a lot of men left in droves as well. Many men come here for the female company. They get to use us as a test audience for their most curious questions.

Long gone are the days when Mademoiselle Rouge would stay up all night on cam and show titties and give strip shows. My ignore list is lengthy. My life and mental health is too important to waste it reading the posts of those who troll.

My list is comprised mostly of men, but really anyone who just wants to argue or name-call; misogynistic anti-feminists (who end up name-calling); racists; ultra right wing; guys who in-box me with penis pics; and a few miscellaneous others that have just worn me down over the years.

I really try to answer posts in a reasonable manner and engage in intelligent debate. However, I cannot do so when someone starts calling my friends or other women “trash” or “cunts” or that all feminism is evil. Where do I go from there? You can’t debate that. There’s no intelligence to be found in mudslinging. Ignore and move on. They go low, we go high.
