At what point does a semi become considered erect/hard. Usually our penises are not 100% hard every time we get an erection. For me, there's the real semi which is like 50% erect, but then there's the between semi and erect where it's not really hard enough to be considered erect, but it's not really semi either because it feels firm.

In the locker room / showers threads there has been discussion about having semis and erections, and the issue of angle came up, it seems a semi can be considered as anything less than sticking straight out at 90 degrees, as long as the penis is pointing, curving or hanging downwards, it is "semi". Problem is that guys' penises have different angles, some guys point down even when erect, and some point outwards even when flaccid. For penises that point upwards when erect, I imagine it would stand straight out when semi, not fully erect. I've seen guys with penises standing straight out but probably they weren't fully erect because they would have been pointing upwards. I point straight out or even very slightly downward when erect, but can point slightly upward when I'm extremely hard (i.e. cialis or intense arousal). So for me semi would be anything less than pointing straight out.

I consider myself to be 'erect' when I can enter a vagina without any handling, stuffing, etc. It has to be hard enough that there is no floppy-ness, and it can't easily be bent. To me anything less than ready-to-go, is a semi-erection, a chubby, etc.
