When in europe?

So ive heard a lot about these saunas and bath houses that seem to be in europe.
Im in prague in the czech republic for the weekend and im really quite curious to visit.
Does anyone know what they are like?
Im 19 years old and i just wondered am i likely to be safe going alone?
I'm not sure i will actually go, i just thought here would be the best place to ask :smile:

Most saunas are just saunas. Some saunas are more than just saunas. Make sure you know what you are going to! For the first you are fine on your own.

Nudity is standard in the Nordic countries and Russia - much less common further south and west.

Usually in Sweden and Finland you go in the sauna naked.
I can't tell about east-Europe, as I have never been into a sauna there, but I guess that it might not be common to go around naked.
Even though, to enjoy a sauna, imo you need to go naked. Bring a towel to put under your ass... and a few beers And remember to take some cold showers so you don't pass out
