7x5.5: Firstly I would like to say that I think every man should do kegels, I have started doing them naturally just whenever, and the results are great. Anyway my question is, when you perform them is there a direct correlation between your asshole and the kegels? When I perform them there most certainly is, in that my asshole will 'clench up' during the rep. I know I am using the right muscle as it is the same action I use when stopping urine, and my penis slightly 'bobs' up when I do them. So, is this the same with others?
