When purchasing new dress pants, do you have the pants leg altered

Years ago a friend worked in a men's clothing store and told me of a customer, who was a professional, came in, purchased a suit and had the tailor alter the left leg of the suit pants so his cock would correctly fit without too much of a bulge.

For you professional guys with big cocks, when you purchase a suit for work, do you have the pants leg altered to fit your cock or do you leave it unaltered.

I've had tailors ask me what side I dress on. I haven't been asked every time. When the pants are just being altered they don't always ask. But when having a suit tailor made they usually ask.
