Based on my own and especially that of my main dude, I can definitely say that a fruit and vegetable based diet is going to provide a milder, sweeter tasting semen. We are pretty exercise oriented, and I think that having the blood pumping, drinking large quantities of water, consuming a lot of fresh fruit, and indulging in fresh vegetables shows in the taste. One of us prefers a higher salt content in his food, and that is absolutely noticeable in the semen taste when such dishes are consumed. I have had numerous women also show surprise when I am blown. Yet another reason, I think, to lead a healthy lifestyle.
