When would a lesbian have sex with a man?

Well from what I can discern it wouldn't be like a straight guy going looking for release in horny desperation from another man. I mean men will do anything at a pinch.

I only know a couple of Lesbians who've never had sex with a man at all. Both of them find the thought of sex with a man completely revolting. But of the Lesbians I know who at some point have had sex with men in the past or even been in relationships with men before I know maybe a handful who very very occassionally say that they've met or seen guys who they might fuck because there's some kind of attraction there.

Funnily enough though it seems in these cases that the women I'm thinking of tend to only have these once in a blue moon attractions to gay men. But in none of these cases do I know any of these women to have ever done anything more than have a drunken snog with a gay male friend which both parties then wrote off as tomfoolery.

I can't say that I know what would actually induce a Lesbian to have sex with a man, not being one and all, and I suspect most Lesbians would only do so for a very, very extraordinary reason indeed if at all.

Hey thanks, sbat!!!

jmfangio, it probably is commonly known on LPSG, I'm just learning those sort of things.

About lesbians who will sleep with men, I don't know any lesbians who didn't start out dating men. I'm sure there are lots, I just don't know any. Some of the women I know didn't come out of the closet until they were over the age of 25 and they already had been married and divorced and had kids. So I imagine for some of them, there might be a possibility that they might sleep with a man again.

Other than MickeyLee, I don't know any women who have gone from dating only women to men. You could ask her.

hilaire, I can see that, the attraction to gay men. Some gay men tend to be a little more feminine, some lesbians a little masculine. I can see that mutual attraction. I had a few experiences with women when I was in college, but not since then, but I've always had an attraction to effeminate men as well as masculine men. I love men who have an interesting and confusing combination of masculine and feminine traits. Non-stereotyped, but not "straight acting" either. (TheBoyfriend is naturally all masculine. That boy is totally straight.)

When I first met this girl I've now been friends with for some years, she was clear-cut a lesbian. But at the time I just got that vibe off her. No flirting nothing, just the way she would hang out with me. Years later we were at a party, drunk off our asses and we ended up sleeping together. I asked her and it turned out that at the time she had lately discovered she was bi-curious and not so open-and-shut about her sexuality. Thinking about it now I think I realized the attraction long before she did.

I can only speak for myself, and you can decide for yourself how you define me - lesbian or bi -based on my percentages. I prefer woman emotionally, although on purely a physical level I am more drawn to men. I rarely have seen a woman and just based on physical appearance alone thought I wanted to have sex with her. But that has happened to me many, many times with men - I will look at a certain guy and think I'd want to have sex with him. But I have never been in love with a man.
And again, I speak only from my own experiences and perspective.

I've had a similar experience. Drunken hook up with a girl who claimed to be a lesbian, and certainly looked the part as stereotypes go. She gave me a blowjob because, she says, I looked like Mos Def. I think that was the starting point of my curiosity - I wanted to get some kind of grasp on why a lesbian would want to hook up with me.

Yeah, but bi-sexual is not lesbian. Of course a bi-sexual women would be happy to sleep with men sometimes - it's part of the definition of being bi - so that's not the question you're asking.

Not all bisexual women are interested in sex with men - and there are plenty of reasons why bisexual women don't date men.

Some are close enough to the lesbian end of the sexuality continuum that if they had to choose one partner, they would choose a woman.

Others had bad relationships with men, and figure that if they get a choice between dating men versus dating women, they will choose women.

Other bi women choose only to date or have sex with women because they want to be with somebody who is like them and understands them.

How do I know all this? I once participated in bisexual organizations, and got to hear plenty of bi women talk about their experiences with men and women.

I think a lot of straight men know that there are certain conditions when most would at least receive oral from a gay man.

Is there some similar set of conditions that would encourage a lesbian to have sex with a straight man?

An postmodern hip lesbian who is simply curious about sex with men?

A lesbian who wants to get pregnant by a very close male friend?

A call girl who has sex with men so she can pay the rent, but when she wants sex for love, she only wants sex with women?

A poor Muslim lesbian forced into an arranged marriage by her family?

What about straight for pay? Where lesbians have sex with men. Does this kind of porn exist?

I've not heard of such a thing in porn. There are plenty of gay for pay porn actors - both women and men - but I don't know of any self-identified lesbians who do straight porn. Most lesbian porn made by lesbians is very different from the lesbian porn made for men.

This thread calls to mind this.

I'm a former lesbian. When I was dating women, I wanted nothing to do with men sexually. They didn't really interest me.

It's different for me now, I discovered I like men sexually quite a bit. Certain ones anyway.

Still to this day I kinda feel like Woody Allen, I can't relate (in a physical way) to 99.99999999999% of men. They don't spark it for me, I guess. But a particular few have started a fire.

1) If a lesbian is perfectly happy to use a dildo, would she be happy to have some sex boy toy who wore a blindfold and a muzzle lie down on the floor with a hard on and have her way? I ask this in particular because dildos are bought by lesbians, while I don't see any kind of faux vagina marketed to gay men.

I'll try to answer this. I would say no. It's the love factor, a lesbian doesn't fall in love with men. Generally speaking, of course. A boy as a fuck toy might appeal to some, but mostly I'd say a queer woman is going to be like "Uh, NO" to the idea of being in bed with a man at all even if he is blind-folded.

It's why I kinda like the term homophilia over the term homosexual.

Oh and on the faux vadge thing -- I know fleshlights aren't marketed strictly to gay men, but I am certain plenty of gay men buy them. It's all about the sensation right? It's not like the dildo or the fleshlight has a gender.

those certain conditions are that he is a bi-sexual or that all the women have died out

Your analogy is backwards. What you should be equating it to is a straight man blowing another guy or fucking him, not receiving.

Something is really odd about this thread.

Throughout LPSG there's a consistent message of the fluidity of sexual attraction and a rejection of the tyranny of pigeon-holing sexual orientation as a futile and inaccurate way of defining sexual and emotional satisfaction. The majority of the male members here have rejected the 100% label, whether it be straight or gay.

But somehow a different standard applies to women. My experience with actual self-described Lesbians (including my sister, BTW) is that they have the same fluidity as men, and very few of the hundreds whom I've met and socialized with over the years have expressed a loathing of men or penises.

And I've only met one who has never fucked a guy ever. But she's in her late 60s and came of age when the sexual revolution was just taking off and casual sex wasn't acceptable behavior for a young Italian Catholic girl. And even she has expressed an appreciation for masculine beauty on an aesthetic (if not sexual) level.

Why does "Lesbian" automatically preclude any appreciation for men as objects of lust and attraction when "gay man" doesn't automatically carry the same notion of exclusivity? Even if a gay guy has little if any interest in fucking a pussy, nearly all of them appreciate a nice rack.
