I don't think there's anything wrong with me but this seems to be the best forum category for my question.

Whenever I cum 99% of the time I cum in only one spurt (occasionally I'll get one or two more tiny dribbles out or maybe an inch or two high burst). I'm just wondering but do you guys have a lot of rythmic contractions when you cum? Sometimes in porn you'll see guys cum blast after blast for like 15 seconds (though I'll admit I haven't seen it often). Like I said I just get one. I'm not ashamed of it because it's always been like that but it does make me a bit depressed. :frown1:

I don't know if it has anything to do with it but I have high testosterone levels and never seem to cum a lot volume wise. I also lose my libido in about .083 seconds immediately after I cum so even more disheartening is I can't keep it up for the ladies no matter what - I have got to go through that refractory period. Do other guys lose their libido so quicky or does it step down over a period of half a minute or so?

I noticed with me if I don't cum for a very long time, I spurt like crazy. I remember not cumming for a week and even I was amazed how much I came. When I cum once a day, its not impessive at all. Like you, I may have one spurt and thats it. Do you Jerk off alot ? That may be the issue

Frequency makes a huge difference with me. The more often I shoot, the less volume on average. That having been said, though, the amount of sexual excitement I'm experiencing also makes a big difference. If I'm with someone I'm really into or in a scenario that really pushes my buttons I produce a lot regardless of how often or recently I've gotten off. I've also found that increasing the amount of foreplay and edging that goes on during sex really increases the number and quality of contractions during orgasm -- think of it as priming the pump.

If you're just jerking it solo, I'd recommend trying a little edging. Take yourself right to the point you think an orgasm is about to begin and stop. Rinse and repeat a few times before you let yourself shoot. Try to build up the number of times you can do this. I think you'll be very pleasantly surprised by the increased quality of your orgasms. Once you've practiced this solo for a while, it's pretty easy to work it into your sexual rotation with your partners.

Keep in mind, though, that everyone is a little different. The volume of your ejaculate isn't really indicative of the overall quality of your orgasms, not to mention the overall quality of your sex. Most people can't compete with professionals in that department (they've saved it up, are on supplements, have fluffers, etc. etc. etc.). Just enjoy what you're doing and learn to do the things that can make you have more fun!
