WHEN IT'S TIME TO TURN IN ONE'S DRIVERS LICENSE

An elderly couple were on their way to Greenville, North Carolina when they stopped at McDonald's in Lawrenceville, VA. They did not know that they had hit this deer until someone in McDonald's told them. The elderly man said he noticed that the car was starting to run a little hot the last few miles.

it could be regular, random, arbitrary, whatever...i just find it strange that such people take such delight in displaying something that was once beautiful and wild after they have killed it.

    Can't? Or would rather not?

Killing game for the sake of game is unnecessary and a tad sadistic. I don't think anyone using a gun to hunt is in dire need of putting food on the table. Sell the gun, buy some groceries.

Speaking of turning in one's license, I read a story some years back about a old man who, when he was in his teens or twenties, encountered a police officer who had said he hoped the man would turn his license in one day if he knew he reached an age or condition where he was unfit to drive. Years later and in his 80s or something, that's exactly what happened. He got too old to drive, and remembering his promise to the cop, he went and turned his license in.

Now cue some idiot with a snopes link...

Whoa fellas! This was supposed to be humorous, not start an anti-gun, anti-hunting thread.

Cows aren't "game". Though I disagree with him that killing animals for food is sadistic, it is nature, but we use tools because we are humans. Torturing is different, but that is why it is called torturing, not hunting, or killing.

And a gun that is actually used for hunting, unless it is an antique, would get you maybe 2-3 months worth of groceries, while that gun, if you are able to hunt year round and there is enough game, would feed you basically forever, bullets are cheap. And not everyone uses a gun to hunt, there is a bow season you know.

And frankly I'd rather get shot in the head than get torn up by a pack of wolves or a bear, so you could say it is less sadistic than some of the possibilities that nature provides.

And I don't know a single hunter (personally) who doesn't eat what they kill. And deer is delicious.

Also lulz at the old people. They should turn in their licenses, that is some serious lack of spacial awareness. How do they even pass the test? We need stricter tests..

 I do believe that the driver does not need to drive no more. And I want that car, cause how it kept running with a deer in the radiator is amazing.

 As far as all of the bambi lovers I won't give them the public beating they so deserve for being stupid but I will say it must be nice to have enough money to always be able to go to the grocery to buy and eat slaughter cow all the time.
