I presume from your moniker that you're in Philadelphia. If so, there are LOTS of adult shops for toys. The average vibrator is less than $50 and a cheap one can be found for less that $20.

But caveat emptor.

You can do a web search, or let your fingers do the walking through *gasp* the phone book. Otherwise, you can a local magazine from any bar or local newspaper that handles "personals" and you'll find an ad for someplace nearby.
