I don't really pay attention too see if someone is checking out my package, but occasionally at the gym I notice a few glances directed at my gym shorts, especially when I'm doing circuit training and everything is flopping around.

Probably at all kinds of places. I've seen people looking at my bulge at work, in stores, on the pavement, ... I'll only notice it when I'm looking at their face at the same time, either because I'm walking towards that person or because I'm talking to them. Never noticed anyone looking at my crotch at a grocery store, because there's usually a trolley in front of me.
