famous for BEANO AND DANDY COMICS (desperate dan statue in photo)
dundee is also the home of captain scots antartic expedition ship "discovery"......used to be famous for jute,jam and journalism......jute mills long gone as is keillers marmalade but still making newspapers and kiddies comics.....scotlands 4th largest city....famous also for river tay (salmon) which ends at dundee as an eastuary and we had a famous railway bridge that fell down one stormy night (cant remember date)

meant to be scotlands sunniest city as sits inland on the coast but sheltered from north sea....require to know more?....google it
