I just got my trimix today! I’m pretty excited but need some more information since I’m completely new to this. So upon taking it home, i immediately placed it in the freezer as I was told by my doctor to do so. I have enough for over 50 doses with 3 more refills for the rest of the year.

I assume I keep it in freezer until I decide to use it, correct?

Well, tomorrow I will be going on vacation with my SO for the weekend and come back Monday morning, and so I would like to take the trimix with me. We’ll be going to a hotel where I believe there will be a fridge available for me to store it in. However, I need some information on how to properly proceed so I don’t mess anything up.

I don’t want to bring the entire bottle with me, so I planned on just filling up some syringes with enough for two days worth and placing in a small thermal lunchbox with two ice packs, and upon arriving at the hotel I wanted to place the lunchbox directly in the fridge to maintain potency until I use it.

Would bringing 50 units per syringe suffice for two nights worth?

If I stand corrected, I assume 50 units is literally .50 ml written on the syringe like the one shown here?

https://excelmg.excel-medical.com/how_fast_can__units_insulin_syringe.jpg

Is 50 units a good amount for my first time or is 20 units more reasonable?

This will be my first time using trimix but not my first time with ED medications (viagra 100mg)

I will only be bringing two syringes in a lunchbox with two ice packs, alcohol wipes, and Sudafed.

I was also given the medicine that’s supposed to reverse the effect of trimix in the event that I have a prolonged erection.

Do I bring it with me? If so, do I bring it in a syringe and store it the same way as my trimix?

And how much of the reverse medicine do I bring?

If you could recommend a better trimix dosage amount to bring or even a more suitable way to transport all of it, I would be open to hearing anyone’s feedback.

Lastly, can I prepare the syringes tonight and place them in the freezer or wait until tomorrow when I leave to prepare it?

How badly does it hurt to inject it? Will I jump in pain or is it pretty painless? I’m not scared of needles but need insight to better prepare.

When should I begin to see it take its effect post injection? And when will I know that I didn’t correctly inject?

if I inject and it fails and I notice I didn't to do it right, can I take viagra (50mg) or would it be better to wait 24 hours?

Any insight would be highly appreciated. If anyone with experience can give me some information by today would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks I appreciate the love man! Being uncut has kinda made me self conscious at times but at times I admire it lol

I was cut at age 19 y.o. because I was sooooooooo self conscious about not being cut ..................

If u want the full story on my circumcision journey direct email and I can walk you through the pros and cons on whether or not to get cut. The most important aspect here is that if u do decide to have a circ, it is by your choice. I don't feel that anybody other than the guy himself should make that choice.

Do .20 ml. 50 is WAY TOO MUCH!!!

Preparing syringes sounds like a plan, and do keep them refrigerated.

I would prepare them the day of departure. Not sure what would happen if you froze the syringes beforehand.

Take all your sudafed with you. I initially purchased some and have yet to use it.

Some times an injection will sting, sometimes not. Just be calm and steady. The needle needs to go straight in and out, not at an angle. Be sure to insert the syringe up to the hub. It helps to stretch your penis a bit as well. Use one of the alcohol wipes after injection and pinch the injection area to reduce bruising.

Depending on the amount you inject it will be about 3-5 minutes before you notice anything.

DO NOT take your blue pill after injection. You might suffer from some nasty interactions with the 2 meds.

Happy Hard on Days!

Couple of questions:

1. Do you have the ability to "force" your urine flow? Like, squeeze down to greatly increase the flow rate?

2. How strong are your ejaculations compared to the past? If you used to hit your neck, for example, does that still happen?

3. Seems crazy, I know but do you have any issues with squeezing out a bowel movement?

4. Any low back pain?

Yes to any of the above could indicate a compressed nerve (s) in your lower spinal column due to a ruptured disc. Try to talk your doctor into an MRI of the lower spine, even if you need to make up some symptoms to get him to agree.

Using both the sounding rod and the Durex Ring together results in a hard on happening after I start stroking my penis and will last a bit after taking both out / off.

Enjoy the Durex Pleasure Ring; easily available in an Pharmacy, including Walmart Pharmacy where you can self check out with your "toys".
So far I've had no luck finding the Durex Pleasure ring at any of the local pharmacies, including Walmart. Maybe because it's Ohio? lol Will try a few more stores in the next few days. The pharmacies just have condoms and lube, no toys or cockrings.

Update:

So I decided to follow everyone’s instruction on the dosage and how to properly use the trimix successfully and here are my results so far.

Friday of this past week i decided to administer 10 units of trimix but had no success. Within seconds of injecting I noticed a very slight amount of engorgement that quickly went away after 5 minutes so I deemed it unsuccessful.

Saturday I decided to up the dose and administer 15 units in the hopes that it would make a difference, but yet it’s was not successful. I noticed a very small amount of engorgement that quickly went away in 5 minutes again.

Sunday I decided to up the dose to 25 units and also noticed no huge difference in engorgement and deemed it unsuccessful. It went away in 5 minutes. I was about 20 percent erect.

Monday I decided to administer 35 units with my partner and noticed decent engorgement that lasted about 25 minutes until it died down. I would later (about 15 minutes later) take 25mg of viagra, but it didn’t do much in the moment but still had sex. I was decently hard enough to have sex but I wasnt rigid. However, about an hour or so later I was able to randomly get hard with me being about 35 percent erect without the assistance of a cock ring. So I went for s second round and got some head.

Today I decided to up the dose and administer 40 units. Like always I got engorged within seconds of administering the trimix but it died down within 5 minutes and my dick was soft again.

Perhaps tomorrow I will try to administer 55-60 units to see if it makes a difference, but so far I haven’t been impressed with the medicine.

I will add that after some research on franktalk, it seems I received a mild prescription of trimix. Perhaps I need to get a stronger dose.

Any advice would be helpful

I'm a bit confused here... Trimix is a prescription medication, and in order to get it legally you need to consult a doctor, even if it's just a phone consultation. The doctor would have selected an appropriate formulation for you, and written the recommended dosage on the prescription. If you don't get the desired results, the doctor should be consulted again to adjust the prescription. Exactly how did you obtain this medication?

I obtained it through a physician who prescribed it to me. The prescription label on the bottle reads (T105(PA30/PH1MG/PG10MCG)
The package states to inject 5 units on first injection and increase if results are poor, and not to go above 50 units.

It was shipped to me from a compounding pharmacy but I also had the chance to pick it up but opted to have it delivered

This issue with the trimix seems to be similar to when I first started using viagra, where it took 100-125mg to get to the results I desired

You are correct that T105 is among the weakest formulations available. Here are many of the standard formulations, and you can see T105 has among the lowest amounts of the three drugs.

One of the advantages of seeing a specialist doctor in person is that this sort of trial and error process can be minimized. I went to a medical practice specializing in "Men's Lifestyle" therapies. First they did a quick doppler ultrasound of my penis, to make sure there was not a major circulatory issue. They asked some questions about my expections and current performance. The doctor then further examined my penis and injected me himself with a trial dose, which was designed to have a shorter duration (~30 minutes) than we had discussed for my actual perscription. They left me alone 10 minutes, with the suggestion that I stand up and pace around the room a bit, as this gets the blood flowing to the lower body better. Then the nurse came in, looked rather surprised, and sort of gasped "Oh,WOW!" Based on these results, the doctor provided me with two or three trial syringes to further test in private, and did not order a large and expensive quantity until I reported back. He then sent the prescription to his compounding pharmacy.

It is significant that the doctor himself did the first trial injection. The reason is, he then knows it was injected correctly. A problem with just prescribing a vial of Trimix and telling the patient to experiment on their own with an escalating dose is that the unsupervised patient may not be injecting it correctly, at the right location and depth. So it doesn't work, and the patient tries higher and higher doses, until finally by chance they do the injection correctly. But by that time the dose is too high, and the patient gets more than they bargained for.

I had some discouraging results in the beginning, but not because of the dose or formulation. Rather, they had given me this rather clumsy automatic injector, which was the source of the trouble. Everything was fine when I stopped using it and just injected by hand. But if I hadn't seen the trial dose work in the doctor's office, I probably would have blamed the drug itself.

Thank you for this thorough reply. With the injections I believe I have been doing them properly , prior to receiving the medication I did watch a lot of instructional videos of doctors administering it on patients and followed the instructions even during the time I self administered. I wanna say that I have been doing it correctly as each minute I inject I do notice quite quickly an engorgement taking place and an increase in size, it’s just that the erection isn’t as rigid as I believe it should be.

What would you recommend as a dose for me to try with the prescription I’ve been given? I was looking to go up to 50 units and see where that takes me. I’ll also be calling my doctor to get a higher dose as she said that she would up it if I see no desired results

I believe they gave me the lowest strength possible to avoid me over doing it, but at this point I’m gonna try and get a stronger dose

Different men have differing response, which is why there are many formulations, so it is hard to generalize. From what my doctor told me in the beginning, injecting a large volume of fluid is not desirable, as it's more likely to cause soreness at the injection site. So less volume of a stronger mix might be preferable. But the different formulas are not just different strengths, as they have different durations of action as well. Further, one ingredient, the phentolamine (abbreviated PH or PHEN) sometimes has a negative effect in some men, so they benefit from a formulation that keeps this lower, and boosts the others. You might remind your doctor that you needed a lot of Viagra to get good results, as this might guide the Trimix selection. Also, if you haven't tried it already, try using a stretchy rubber cockring. Sometimes a little help is needed to compress the veins and get the erection going.

I have to think that you have leakage ......... blood is rushing in, however, due to leakage ( I have that ) you go soft.

My Durex Cock Ring keeps the blood contained in my penis, successfully.

anyone get hard spots after using trimix over extended time?
My doctor told me to alternate sides, and move the injection site around a bit, to minimize the possibility of scarring. So far, I've had no problems from the injection after years of use, although I do have a lump from when an athletic person had a very violent orgasm, and bent my poor cock.

Thanks. my doc told me the same, but is there anyway to remove the lumps? tried pumping but that does seem to help a little.
