Where's the 'best hung' city?

Some places seem to be filled with guys who just fill their jeans better than others. Just as some seem to have more ultra lowrise jeans than others.

Just been somewhere where all the guys were showing huge cocks in their jeans - tight jeans, looser jeans, all had the outline of a great bulge and something thick or long down the leg, across to the thigh or just sticking right out in front.

My 'best hung city' vote goes to Glasgow. Where's yours?
