Right handed, and it's the left that's lower. Incidentally, I do Switch hit when playing baseball: I've more power batting right, more consistency batting left. I can spin my pen around both my thumbs, but I can't write left handed to save my life; or do anything else left handed.
So WHO knows.

Same for me. My balls hang really low in general though, I sometimes wonder if that's normal - they come a good way down my thighs.
