not aware of any substantiated studies as to whether, pill, capsule, powder or liquid differs as far as absorbtion ... might vary on an individual basis
generally anything that is absorbed directly into your bloodstream is more effective. I know for a fact that anything that goes into the liver is filtered and not as effective. As to which method for which supplement you're wanting you'll have to do the research or find someone who knows more about the specific topic.
