From the straight guy's perspective, I'd say handsome is preferable. Hung might turn out to be a pleasant surprise for many women but its an after-the-fact benefit. It depends on the goal, if your asking would you rather be handsome or hung and the goal is to have sex and personality doesnt come into play because we all know thats important then handsome wins out every time basically because of what this guy said.

Um, not everyone gets ugly as they age. I know lots of older men who are still extremely handsome. If you take care of yourself (don't smoke, wear sunscreen, etc.) you can age very gracefully.
