I think music is great and should reflect the kind of sex you want to have. Either a slow soft melodic singer (jazz) or even a hard, pounding ,loud, rush inducing rock (or even techno). Never did it to rap.

Sometimes I wonder if the music tells me the kind of sex I want to have or if the sex I want to have tells me the kind of music to play?

A lot of English guys find French female vocalists sexy (without having a clue what they're singing about!).In this respect the ''Nuit Blanche'' album by Vive La Fete is a good one to play.Favourite track for me is ''Noir Desir''.
ps. VLF are Belgian but she sings in French.

I usually don't use music. I like to have the person to person connection undistracted and usually there are plenty of sounds there lol.

It would be interesting to know what music miss_valentine listens to when having sex?

There should be a few sex radio stations so that you don't have to DJ AND get a woman all hot and bothered and to climax. Are there any commercial free ones?

I've burned my own CD's to have sex to... music with a fast tempo works best for me.

Whoa... in neither thread was the second side of the Stones' "Tattoo You" mentioned.

And I'd invite those on the prowl to hit up the Current Tune thread for some nuggets...

Music is a big part of my life (but we all say that, don't we?), and I love a girl who's willing to put some music on during the act. Not that I need it for the rhythm... it just really sets the scene sometimes. Thinking back, a few personal favorites include (btw, I'm mostly an 'album guy' - just to clarify some of my selections):

Bjork - Anything really (that's a statement, not an album)
    Dr. Dre - The Chronic
    KMFDM - Attak
Mars Volta - De-Loused in the Comatorium
Miles Davis - Kind of Blue
    NIN - Pretty Hate Machine
    Pink Floyd - Ummagumma
    Slayer - Reign in Blood
    Tiger Army II
    :Wumpscut: - Born Again

Any sort of trance/elctronica can be good... so can some motown. Ditto for Industrial. Jeez... ignore my choices above, I'll take anything, something different always makes the experience unique.

It seems a little cliche looking back on it, but one of my very favorites back in the college days was Enigma's MCMXC A. D.

Hmmm, maybe I'll pull that one out and take a trip down memory lane...

mmm Manson... tooo bad Brandon didn't like him.... cause that would be all I would listen to.

I usually have mine in the form of a playlist on my laptop... that way I can change it whenever... I try not to burn CD's as they take up too much space, and are annoying to find places for when you aren't using them.
