Not all of them do and if they are done well they can be just fine. The problem is that these procedures are dying and the surgeons who knew what they were doing are retiring. Those doing these procedures now I would not trust.

As a general rule, I know what to look for and as a whole I have not seen anything that I can identify for certain as having had phalloplasty which is what it is medically called,
