Oooooh... Confidence and the ability to entertain a crowd if need be. I find if someone is the highlight of a party cause of his sense of humor and his confidence I tend to find them preeeeeetty attractive.

Cooking is totally a bonus too, especially if they do it with nothing but an apron on.
