So I’ve heard of the stack with pygeum, lethicin etc.
But my main issue is getting really hard, I want more random hard ons and morning wood and quicker hard ons... sometimes it can be embarrassing.
What supplement would be best for this? L-arginine/l-citrulline? What’s the difference? How much to take each day, and when?
Any others you’d recommend?
