Cocky is a turn off - and its often a veneer for a deeply insecure person.

Totally depends on the kind of cocky you are talking about. There's cute, dorky, playing around cocky, and then there's dead serious "I'm hot shit and you're lucky to know me" cocky. The first is kind of sexy. The second is dick raid.

I said handsome and cocky. There is nothing like a guy who knows he's hot. I am not saying that he should be overly cocky, but when a guy doesn't care about being polite and just being real. Kind of hot.
