Sorry, Bbucko, but what you are talking about there are homophones (the subject of a thread to which I think the title of this one alludes), not homonyms.

I take great pride in my writing. NOT my typing. I'm a terrible typist. I tend to add e's to the end of words when I type and I transpose letters and skip important words when I'm on a roll. When I post, I tend to ramble instead of think things out in clear coherent English, mostly do to excitement or frustration.

When I post things I my blog, I send them to an editor. And then after it's sent back to me, I re-read it and double check it for more errors. And sometimes, I catch some.

But I admit that on here, I rarely proofread, above and beyond the computer's catching misspelled words.
