I'm a well hung guy with a particularly LONG penis. I recently have been having fun putting myself in situations where my size becomes apparent, and i have actually got some girls' numbers and a lot of stares.

Now that summer is here, i bought a pair of boadshorts, knowing they might compliment my size. What i didn't know, until i tried them out in the water, is that they actually become somewhat transparent when wet. These are not speedos, but shorts for traditional, straight guys. the problem is that they are thicker in the crotch area so as to not be transparent, but thin along the leg. i think that manufacturer did not consider that a long penis that hangs down the leg would be exposed by this thin material.

I don't mind the bulge, but when they are wet you can actually see the color of my flesh and a significant outline of the head, which is nearly the size of a normal penis all by itself.

I know that guys will be pissed off because of jealousy, etc. But will girls find this inappropriate. Would they actually even say something? Although I like showing off my size, I think I would be embarrassed if it was shown too extreme in public and comments were made to me personally.

Ladies, your advise would be great!

Okay, I'm male, but frankly, if you believe that all men are pissed off that you're practically flashing, then there are a lot of angry men out there who need something to do with their lives! :D

I'm male also, but what did you expect with white boardshorts? As someone who's worked with colors, both paint and fabric, I can easily tell you that white when combined with water will become absolutely very translucent, and no, I myself find no jealousy/envy over your case, but rather pity over the fact you might receive more attention from the authorities for possible indecent exposure.

Really depends on the environment. If you're amoung all adults, you should dress to make yourself comfortable and not worry if men are uncomfortable, attracted, or whatever. As a woman, I would find the sight exhilarating, but I am not the average woman. However, if it is a public place where children are likely to be, I would be more conservative, not every family is open about nudity. It should not be a young mother's job to have to explain a horse-dong to her kids!

By head do you mean the glans? If so, I have difficulty imagining one 6 inches long!!!

White board shorts are immodest, but I don't feel jealousy. Just don't wear them in a place where there might be children. In fact, you might consider just going to a clothing-optional beach.

Cara: I would find it hot, particularly if you were a decent looking guy. But what if you got an erection? You might attract too much attention then, and it could be embarrassing. If there's kids around....then you definitely shouldn't wear it. But if there's no children, and you're an exhibitionist....do it. I think many girls would notice and would like it. Who cares what the guys think? They probably wouldn't say anything, or stare, for fear of looking like they're gay....unless, of course, they are.

I just thought of something. Any way you can actually cut the liner out??? That might end up being overload on a girl's senses!!

Boardshorts don't have a liner, but they are actually much more modest than normal swim trunks. The main problem is just the outline of my penis hanging down my leg and the color showing when wet. But other than that, they are actually bulky and long.

By the way, I just want all the guys to know that I wasn't assuming all men would be jealous. I think that I came across wrong in my post.

As far as the comment about my large "glans," I didn't mean it was the size of an average erect penis...simply that it is nearly as large as the average flaccid penis--not 6".

Just wanted to clear things up. And thanks all for your comments.

You would only want the liner cut out for private exhibitions, there Cara. :p

Anything after that would result in some fat woman beating on you with her purse, or some gorilla pounding you into the ground like a stake.

suthn_gigolo: I've been wearing boardshorts for a while and always wore some light boxers underneath just for that extra layer you mention as lacking. In fact, I didn't even know you were supposed to wear them without anything underneath.

I'm a surfer and I've worn board shorts since before most of the country had the word, "boardshorts," in their vocabulary. (sorry, now I'm sounding like a stereotypical L.A. asshole).

Anyhow, they are definitely meant to be worn withOUT boxers/underwear. Boardshorts are designed to dry quickly...underwear is not. Also, undwear chaffs in the salt water.

Sorry, I just had to clear that up.

suthn_gigolo: awesome! yeah i have been freeballing this summer at the beach and it really does feel better. unfortunately, there was more staring despite them being pretty baggy, but on the upside no small children noticed as they aren't looking for such a thing to- uhh stick out.

they were tan, so not as obvious as white might've been.

Traditionally, people wore them with speedos underneath, but that is less and less the case. It is common to wear boxers underneath, but I would never wear such absorbant material in the water, personally.

XXLHS: I would do this...

Check the local ordanance about beach wear... or call the local beach and ask them what their policy is on what is appropriate for there facility.

If they say its ok with them then just get a name and note it, and go for whatever you feel comfortable doing.

I had a similiar problem when I first got things done with how should I go here or do this. I consulted with a friend that was a lawyer and got to ahold of some links as well that told what local/city ordanances are for what. Its pretty easy to look up.

Anyway, in my area, speedo's are permitted, but no one really does them, but beach shorts are fine as are the baggies and all that kinda thing. The beach that I go to though was somewhat taken aback but me at first, but after a talked with the manager once (he came over to my chair and was well somewhat startled) I just said its a trait in the family, all the males are HUGE and he was like well, could you wear something more baggy... I said I could but then it looks like I am walking around with a massive hard one as my shorts preceed me by at least 5 mins... He considered that and said, yah I would rather people know your not hard and have you be more exposed then less and thinking your running around on viagra... lol... Since then, and considering that I am a quiet persona that reads on the beach they have all come to know me as just a regular (irregular  )

So, don't sweat it so much, just check it out and then be cool B)

This is why I wear speedos under my boardshorts, and many times the boardshorts will never see the water, I wear them to and from the swimming/tanning spot, but while I'm actually there I just wear a speedo, since I think there totally appropriate at the beach, but not on the walk to and from, I think its always funny when i see guys in only there speedo in the parking lot thats a good distance from the beach.
