Rueben, did you really mean to say in that last line that ALL white guys are smaller than ALL black guys? Because that's what your words said.
I'm an "any white guy" and I've been with my share of black guys and so far all of them have been smaller than me. That doesn't mean that all black guys are smaller than all white guys. It means only that some black guys are smaller than me.
Now, any particular white individual may be smaller than all black guys. But unless he's the smallest in the world, there's a high likelyhood that there is at least one black man with a smaller penis. Whatever the average, is the range is similar (and yes, I've heard that
African Americans average larger than
Caucasian Americans - the sample I heard was not worldwide).
Of course all that it could take to move the average is the smallest cock in the sample being white and the largest being black.
I can tell you my experience. I used to live in New Orleans, a city whose population is about 70% black. Now, I'm not black or white: I'm Latino. I've met quite a few very well-hung men, but even in a city with a black majority population, most of the truly large-cocked dudes that I've encountered were white.
